The Throat chakra {Vishuddha} is the fifth chakra. It is located in the area of the neck and shoulders. It is linked with thyroid and the parathyroid glands, which are concerned with the important role of the metabolic rate and balances body equilibrium.
The Throat chakra is the voice of the body. When is working properly we can express ourselves with clarity and show our true feelings. If we have trouble saying what we feel there is a chance that the Throat chakra is blocked.
